Installing and adjusting spacers

Do you need to adjust the level of your fencing boards?

You can insert an adjusting spacer under the base rail of the fencing panel to adjust the level of your fence boards.

Caution: under no circumstances should the spacer be used to support more than 12 fencing boards, and it must not be positioned more than 20 cm above ground level.

We recommend having two people present to insert adjusting spacers.

Step 1:

Insert your adjusting spacer into the slot in the post, then slide it along the post to the desired height, pressing on the post’s flat interior surface.

Next, adjust the height of the spacer by using this same flat surface.

Step 2:

To fix the spacer in position, press lightly on its end outside the post, then place the base rail and the first board so that they rest on the adjusting spacer.

Next, adjust the level as necessary by moving the spacer up or down. Then lock the spacer in position by pressing lightly on the board.

Step 3:

Ensure that all recommendations are followed when stacking the boards.
