The owner wanted to start fresh on a solid foundation: a complete demolition to create a new terrace that would be both durable and easy to maintain. The goal? Bring more light to the space while creating harmonious continuity with the apartment's light-colored indoor parquet flooring.

For this rebirth, Agave Paysage chose our Nuance Light Oak boards. A strategic decision to address a dual challenge: visually brighten the terrace and create that sought-after "in & out" harmony with the interior.
A Methodical Multi-Step Renovation

The new structure of exotic wood on technical pedestals guarantees robustness and long-term durability. But it's in the finishing details that excellence truly reveals itself:
