Bénédicte Jézéquel, our CEO, has just acquired 20,000 m² of serviced industrial land in Bavaria where a new factory will be built.
Silvadec established itself in Germany in 2017, in Schierling, Bavaria, by constructing a factory that started with two extrusion lines.
Silvadec Deutschland employs 14 people and aims to produce 1 million m² of Silvadec© composite wood decking for outdoor landscaping.
From the beginning, Silvadec has prioritized working with local employees. The current 14 employees are all from the municipality of Schierling.
More jobs will be created starting in January. Indeed, in addition to the current two production lines, a third line has just been installed and a fourth is on order.
