The owners of this sumptuous residence on the Cap Corse road fell in love with our Nuances Ipé composite wood board.
A technical and aesthetic achievement
The new Atmosphère Nuances Ipé terrace was created last winter: 90m² of joist structure in Réversil aluminum offering exceptional stability and longevity. The project incorporated the complete range of Silvadec installation and finishing accessories:
- Brushed Atmosphère skirt and finishing board for perfect edges
- Simple clips + stainless steel screws specially designed for aluminum joists
- Special composite finishing screws, ensuring a concealed installation
- Start and end clips for optimal support of peripheral boards
- Invisiclips and removable clips for easy access during maintenance
Performance and safety around the pool
This terrace board proves ideal as pool decking thanks to the superior characteristics of the Atmosphère board:
- Splinter-free, for a pleasant barefoot sensation
- Slip-resistant even when wet (anti-slip rating R12/R13)
- Perfectly UV resistant, maintaining its warm tone over the years
- Impervious to pool treatment agents and chlorinated water
- Requiring little maintenance compared to natural exotic wood
Perfect integration in an exceptional setting
The terrace is of course enhanced by this exceptional waterfront location. The interior of the pool was completely renovated with an anthracite grey reinforced membrane with stone texture effect, creating a striking contrast with the warm tone of the Ipé boards.
Finishes designed down to the smallest detail
The little extra that makes all the difference: the finishes are remarkable and every element has been designed to optimize comfort for the fortunate users. The terrace is complemented by integrated benches and clever storage spaces also clad in Silvadec® composite wood in Nuances Ipé color, creating perfect visual harmony in this prestigious outdoor space.
The orientation of the boards, installed parallel to the façade, enhances the sense of space and highlights the clean lines of this contemporary architecture.
